Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
6-8 chicken breasts
2 cups bread crumbs combined (I prefer 1 cup panko crumbs and 1 cup of regular bread crumbs)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp savory
1 tsp vegetable seasoning (I prefer Club House La Grille Vegetable Seasoning mix)
1 egg beaten
1 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Instructions:
Cut chicken in to ~1.5cm thick slices.
Coat each chicken strip in flour. Coat with egg and roll in bread crumb, cheese mixture.
Bake at 400F for ~15 minutes until chicken is cooked to minimum internal temperature of 165F.
Serve with your favourite vegetables and Enjoy!
NOTE: If making a large batch, freeze uncooked fingers in airtight containers with parchment paper to separate layers. Cooking time may be ~5 minutes longer if cooked from frozen.
